Sustainable Seafood Walking Tour

This interactive walking tour of the Granville Island fishing docks, public market seafood vendors, and chef cooking demonstrations, will allow participants to meet local experts and fishermen who will share tips and techniques for shopping and preparing sustainable seafood dishes at home. Participants will be offered food samples and leave with tools in hand to choose the best fish for their families and for healthy oceans.
