Whether you are lining up for Lee’s famous donuts, making a charcuterie board from Oyama Sausage, or doing a takeout from one of the chef owned market stalls, Granville Island is all about food – and if cooking at home is more your thing, whether you are trying out a classic recipe, or something more exotic, you will find the ingredients in the Public Market.
