Drivers may purchase parking time for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or in 1-hour increments. Parking can be purchased from a pay station or using any of the apps* listed below with lot code 1670:
If you purchase parking until 10 PM, it is valid until 9 AM the next day. Please note that overnight parking is only permitted in the multi-level parkade accessed off Old Bridge Street. To register your vehicle and license plate for overnight parking please call (reception) 604-666-6655 Mon-Fri or on weekends (security) 604-315-3003.
*Additional service charges may apply when using some apps.
Visitors, tenants or employees displaying a Veteran or Memorial Cross licence plate on their vehicle are not required to purchase parking (effective March 2025), and can park for free year-round in:
Restrictions still apply to parking stalls that have specifications about vehicle sizes or activity.
Examples of a Veteran plate and a Memorial Cross plate are as follows:
Granville Island decided to implement this policy in March 2025 to recognize the service and dedication of Canadian military personnel.
