Each doll is made entirely by hand using needle and thread. All have interior copper armatures, making them easy to pose. For me, the fun begins with the costuming process, selecting and combining an opulent array of fabrics including velvets, satins, brocades, ornamental trims and buttons. The eyes, noses, mouths and whiskers are all hand beaded, giving each doll a unique sparkle and expression.
