Visit Dundarave Print Workshop to see Barb Snyder’s Here and Then Now and When exhibition. Through monoprints, collage, and collagraphs, Barb examines the delicate and unique prairie landscape and its welcoming, open sky. Being the grandchild of European immigrants who homesteaded in Saskatchewan, Barb considers the impact of settler history on Indigenous people, the land and its creatures, as well as the rich Canadian cultural diversity created by the influx of European people at the turn of the 19th century. Barb explores notions of how personal and familial history shape us as human beings and our place in the world.
