We look forward to welcoming back Canoe Cultures for their third year of programming on Granville Island. Canoe Cultures is an Indigenous lead organization, dedicated to the art and culture of the canoe, and the artists who create them. They present visual and performing arts as their primary means of transmitting Indigenous culture and communicating identity, place and belonging. In addition to the canoe carving installation, this year the programming will include a pop-up artisan market featuring over 15 talented Indigenous crafters and makers.
