Join this well known, philanthropic culinary & hospitality association on Sunday, April 14th as they facilitate a ‘Chef Speed Dating’ long table, offering young cooks & culinary students a mentorship moment with some of the city’s top chefs. Sign up is on site. Find your culinary treasures in a pop-up open market offering vintage, collectable and everyday kitchen items donated by chefs, restaurants, cooking schools and private donors, with all funds going to the Les Dames d’Escoffier outreach programs and scholarships for girls, women and those who identify as – then grab a coffee and Join Les Dames for a ‘Idea Jam’, an open dialogue on food rescue & recovery.
