Boca del Lupo’s Net Zero invites you, our community, to visit us this summer on Granville Island and engage in a discussion about our big questions and for you to bring yours. It’s a free interactive installation and first real-world attempt to drive the technology of our space with the Pedal Power of our community.
The centerpiece of Boca del Lupo’s Net Zero installation this summer is the Climate Change Penance Project. Work off your “climate guilt” by riding a stationery bike that charges a large battery. The stored energy will help BDL reduce their carbon footprint, with the aim of achieving Net Zero emissions. Net Zero also encourages discussion about what we can do to make things better for our planet, and other big questions. We can talk to you about hopeful solutions for the world’s big problems.
Wednesday to Saturday from July 7 to August 8, 12pm to 6pm
