On the Rise, presented by Jade Music Festival and CMHC-Granville Island, is a free pop-up music concert in the Public Market Courtyard. Come on out on May 20 for an afternoon of music featuring local singer-songwriter Van Lefan; DJ Chip$ and her creative mix of Chinese-language music; and multilingual musicians Sophie Yung and Iris Lee.
