The Vancouver Writers Fest celebrates their 35th anniversary this year by welcoming audiences back to Granville Island for their flagship Festival from October 17–23. This year’s Festival features 80 events, including 6 curated by the 2022 Guest Curator: journalist and 2021 Scotiabank Giller Prize winner Omar El Akkad. Youth events can be attended in-person or online.
