The Vancouver Youth Fiddle Summit is an opportunity for advancing young fiddle ensembles in Western Canada to make and perform great music together. Young musicians from Calgary, Whitehorse, and Vancouver Island will be joining Vancouver’s very own North Shore Celtic Ensemble for a musical gathering that will culminate with a public performance at Performance Works on Sunday April 24 at 2 pm. On Saturday afternoon, between 4 and 5, the public will be able to get a sample of their high energy music during a short presentation in the Public Market Courtyard and on the Plaza behind the Kids Market (weather permitting).
