Rhubarb Cobbler

A classic home-made dessert!

INGREDIENTS:

Biscuit:
1 3/4 cup flour
2tbs sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup milk
Fruit:
3-4 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs flour
1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter and shortening. Add Milk
Combine all fruit ingredients together in a 9” square pan and spoon biscuit mixture over top.
Cook for 40 – 50 minutes.
