Small is relative to size, to gesture, to action. What is seemingly small compared to another is huge to something else. A small action can change the course of human history. "small-ish" is the visual interpretation of what is considered small to the participating artists. It’s all about perspective and it is all relative.

Through linocuts, woodblocks, etchings, and engravings, this series of work depicts the interaction between humans and bears. A positive change in our attitudes of human dominance would ensure future generations the opportunity to enjoy the many amazing species living within our natural world.
