Since 1993, Terra Breads has approached baking from a culinary mindset where quality ingredients are of the utmost importance. We source local, seasonal, sustainable, non-GMO and organic ingredients. In the few instances where this is not possible, we’re still rigorous about quality. We use the traditional fermentation method of baking, the oldest and original way to leaven bread.
